The staff was great, they provided a great service. The hotel's location was excellent, near to a taxi called for free, the premises by car, and an efficient shuttle service. Liked New York City, the hotel was comfy in an undesirable neighborhood. The location of the venue was magnificent - relatively near a public park. Besides, it was near Greenacres mall, Jamaica Station, and the airport.

Great restaurant, for lunch and dinner.

We stayed at your hotel because we were flying out early morning back to Australia. We had stayed at another JFK hotel when we arrived in US and found yours far superior. Had everything we needed and your staff were really helpful including the man who shuttled us at 4am in the morning to JFK airport he was great and really proffesional.Thank you very much!

The pressure of the shower was great , the location of the hotel is near JFK airport ... its good for one night sleep but there is better hotels to go better than this hotel.

Outstanding value, fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Free breakfasts and decent food available. Very specious and quiet room overlooking street. Great location near the Resorts casino and pretty nice area. And a 5-minute walk from Harlem River Greenway.

Spacious, super clean rooms with all the essential amenities like a microwave 🍿, kettle, and fridge were a big plus for our stay here.

The breakfast is good quality with fresh waffles and oatmeal and meat, had everything you could imagine.

If we ever return, we'd definitely choose this place again. Everything was top-notch! 👍

My stay at the Fairfiled In JFK Airport was a good one. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff were helpful and efficient. The fact that there was a restaurant on site was an added bonus. The Continental breakfast was fresh every day! It was great value for the money spent!
